Commission Payment and Rates
How much commission can I earn?
Travel professionals can earn commission for the sale of destination activities, car rentals, passport and visa expediting, and Greyhound bus tickets when purchased through ARC MarketPlace.

Getting an ARC Number or ARC MarketPlace ID
To receive commission from ARC MarketPlace you must have either an ARC Number or an ARC MarketPlace ID.
ARC Numbers
ARC Numbers are given to ARC-participating travel agencies and corporate travel departments. As a participant, you get access to not just ARC MarketPlace, but several ARC tools and resources designed to make your job easier. Learn more.
ARC MarketPlace IDs
If you are not an ARC- participating travel professional, you have a choice of providing a number by which you want to be identified (e.g., IATA, CLIA, etc.), creating one of your own, or have the system assign you a number. Register Now.
Commission Payment Schedule and Rates
- For U.S.-based and non U.S.-based travel professionals, you'll be paid commissions in the month following the travel or sale date as specified by the product. (See chart below for more details.)
- Commission payment schedule and rates are the same for purchases made through ARC MarketPlace and the ARC MarketPlace Affiliate Program.

- Note: Commissions are paid in U.S. dollars and taxes of any kind are your sole responsibility.
Commission Payment Method
How we pay your commission depends on whether you are an ARC-participating travel professional and whether you are based in the United States.

For ARC-Participating Travel Professionals - Direct Deposit Commission Payment Option
To receive ARC MarketPlace commissions via direct deposit into your IAR bank account, send an e-mail to ARCMPcommission@arccorp.com stating that you want to receive your ARC MarketPlace commission payments via direct deposit.
Also include:
- ARC number
- Agency name
- Agent name
- Phone number
- E-mail address to receive commission payment monthly report
Note: Any unclaimed ARC MarketPlace commission payment credit memos that your agency currently may have in ARC Memo Manager will be included with your first direct deposit.
For Non-ARC Participating Travel Professionals Banking Information is Required
If you haven't already done so, in order to get paid commissions, print and fill out the ARC MarketPlace: Commission Payment Financial Information Form and fax to 703-816-8195.
