In order to book Greyhound bus tickets, you have to be an ARC Ticket Reporting Agency (TRA) that has the capability to print an MCO document.

Charters

Commission
All ARC-accredited travel agents can sell Greyhound tickets and earn commission. The sale must be processed on an automated MCO in a GDS and reported to ARC in your agency's IAR sales report.
Companion Fares
You may book Companion Fares if they are offered for an itinerary on the Greyhound Ticket Center website. You will need to issue two MCOs: one will be for the full fare and the second will show a fare of zero. The two MCOs must say "Companion Fare Ticket" and cross reference each other. Both people must redeem their MCOs at the same time for actual hard tickets at a Greyhound terminal and are required to travel together. Companion Fare tickets can be refunded only if neither of the tickets has been used at all.
Delivery
If you are prompted by the Greyhound website to choose a Delivery Option, you must pick one to get final pricing. Choose "Will Call". However, the Will Call Fee does not apply to your client's purchase price.
