Greyhound MCO Instructions
To complete this sale and receive commission, you must issue an automated MCO through your GDS, processing the transaction through ARC. Each GDS may have automated MCO masks/scripts layout variations.
NAME OF PASSENGER:
Enter the last and first name of the passenger who will redeem the MCO Exchange Coupon. One person per MCO.
TOUR CODE:
Enter GL3300603134
TYPE OF SERVICE:
Enter the ticket type (One-way or Roundtrip)
Passenger type (Adult, Student, Child, Senior, Military, Companion, etc.)
If your GDS does not have a Type of Service field, enter this in the Remarks field.
FARE (Base Amount):
Enter the fare provided by Greyhound.com, not including taxes.
Additional charges (ex: Will Call Fee, Ticket by Mail Fee, Standard Mail Fee) do not apply.
TAX:
Enter any applicable tax amount (provided by Greyhound on the screen “5 - Purchase”).

Enter starting and ending cities.

Enter “10” for 10% commission. Commission is based on the base fare amount.

Enter the form of payment information.
AIRLINE CODE:
Enter “889”. When a 2-digit code is required for an automated MCO, use “X6”.
ALL OTHER FIELDS:
All remaining fields require no data and may be left blank unless prompted by your GDS.
