Travel Agency Service Fee

TASF is a credit card settlement service that helps you generate additional revenue for the travel services you provide.

ARC's Travel Agency Service Fee program allows you, an ARC-accredited entity, to generate additional revenue by accepting a credit card as the form of payment for the travel-related fees you assess your customers. It was designed in conjunction with the travel agency community, and provides the following key benefits:

• Convenience - accepts all major credit cards
• One-Stop Settlement - all transactions, submitted via the GDS or ARC Agent's Choice, are settled through IAR
• Save Time & Money - review and settle TASF transactions as part of the weekly IAR settlement process
• Alternatives - submit a service fee transaction through your GDS and/or via Agent's Choice, ARC's web-based settlement tool

Pricing

Regardless of how you submit the service fee you only pay:

• A one time enrollment fee of $25.00
• A 3.5% processing fee with a minimum charge of $0.70 for each transaction
• $21.99 per quarter
